Privacy Policy — AnimaSom

1. Introduction

AnimaSom is an educational application for children, developed by AGT Code — Smart Software Solutions. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.

2. Data We Collect

AnimaSom does NOT collect, store, share or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

  • Does not collect names, addresses, emails or identification data
  • Does not collect location data
  • Does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools
  • Does not contain advertising or ad networks
  • Does not communicate with external servers to collect or send personal data
  • Works offline, with no internet connection required

All application data (sounds, images, settings) is stored locally on the device. The app works fully offline; only the optional Premium purchase, when made, is processed by Google and requires an internet connection at that moment.

3. Children

AnimaSom is designed for children aged 3 to 8 and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy (which incorporates the former Designed for Families programme). We do not intentionally collect data from children or any user.

4. Purchases and Refunds

The app is free. The optional in-app purchase (Premium) and any refunds are processed entirely by Google through Google Play. AGT Code does not have access to users' payment data. For refund queries, please refer to the Google Play policy.

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
